1.Operator, website scope and acceptance

Search Command is the law-firm marketing and technology infrastructure brand operated by Search Command Tactical LLC. Search Command Tactical LLC operates this website and is the legal and billing entity. These Terms cover searchcommand.ai, including www.searchcommand.ai, and our own business enquiries and communications associated with that site. Strategic Command is separate and outside these Terms. A link to another business does not bring that business’s services or information practices within these Terms. These Website Terms govern use of the company website, its informational content and expressly covered interactive features. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Search Command Tactical LLC. A feature requiring agreement must present the Terms and a clear acceptance method. A footer link alone is not treated as conclusive proof of acceptance. If you do not accept a feature’s required terms, do not use that feature. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Acceptance of Website Terms is not consent to marketing, recording, optional tracking or sensitive-data processing. Mandatory legal rights remain available.

2.Separate service and customer agreements

A visit, enquiry, booking or demonstration does not create a paid engagement, MSA, DPA, service-level agreement, managed-security appointment or legal advisory relationship. Scope, fees, deliverables, support, warranties, security responsibilities, data processing, ownership and termination belong in a separately accepted order or service agreement. A customer’s MSA, statement of work and DPA govern their respective subject matter and are not changed by a later website update. Specific accepted order/feature terms govern that transaction where consistent with applicable law. A link to a provider does not enroll you in its service or make you a party to our private provider agreement.

3.Eligibility and appropriate enquiries

Business features are intended for adults with legal capacity. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for the request and any feature acceptance. Do not impersonate another person or provide information you lack authority to supply. Provide accurate information reasonably needed for your enquiry. An acknowledgement does not confirm an appointment, referral, service engagement or acceptance of an order. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, confidential client/customer files, credit applications or other sensitive records through an ordinary website form or public demonstration. Contact us about an approved channel first.

4.Information, advice and results

We provide marketing, communications and technology infrastructure information for lawyers and legal-service businesses. Search Command Tactical LLC is not a law firm. Website content, enquiries, chat and calls do not create representation, attorney-client privilege or an obligation to monitor legal deadlines. Content is general information and can include examples, estimates, dated research, case studies and demonstrations. Obtain qualified advice for a particular legal, tax, security or business decision. Results depend on actual facts and execution; we do not guarantee revenue, rankings, lead volume, conversion, uptime, immunity from incidents or complete regulatory compliance. A testimonial or example is not a promise of your results. General disclaimers do not authorize misleading advertising or remove an express obligation in an accepted service agreement.

5.Cybersecurity and compliance-related work

Any assessment, monitoring, remediation, recovery or incident-response work requires an expressly agreed scope and allocation of responsibilities. A report, referral, software tool or website rebuild does not itself establish compliance, provide continuous incident response, or transfer all customer obligations to us. Law firms remain responsible for their professional duties, client confidentiality, advertising/solicitation rules and approval of materials used in their practice. Website use does not authorize us to accept cases, provide legal advice or distribute client information for unrelated marketing. External technology and compliance providers are independent businesses. A product-category reference does not imply an endorsement, authorization, partnership or guarantee. Private provider/reseller duties and service levels are not promises made to website visitors through these Terms.

6.Routing, CaptaroPro and external communications

Marketing and infrastructure enquiries go to our business team. A separate law-firm referral/campaign must identify the receiving firm at collection. A referral does not establish representation, resolve conflicts or preserve deadlines; confirm directly with that firm. HighLevel/LeadConnector, CaptaroPro and other communication tools can support the specific feature offered. A product designation does not establish every advertised customer capability as a function on this company website. Consent for a route or brand is not permission to forward information to unlimited recipients.

7.Messaging, recording and AI

Contacting us permits handling your request as allowed by law. Promotional email, SMS, WhatsApp and automated/artificial-voice calls require the applicable separate notices and permission or lawful basis. Optional marketing consent is not a purchase condition. These Terms do not enroll you in a messaging program. A separately offered SMS program must identify sender, purpose, frequency and terms at enrolment. Message/data rates may apply. For an enabled two-way program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance; other clear withdrawal requests remain available. Promotional email has an unsubscribe method. For an enabled WhatsApp channel, send a clear stop request or use the platform’s block control. You may also contact kris@searchcommand.ai or +1 (972) 362-9090 for withdrawal or a do-not-call request. A recording/transcription feature must provide its purpose and obtain required consent before capture. Booking a call and accepting these Terms are not recording consent. You may use kris@searchcommand.ai for a written enquiry instead. Recording permission does not authorize voice cloning, biometric voiceprints or undisclosed training use.

An AI interaction must identify its automated nature. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; obtain human confirmation before relying on a consequential answer. Ask for human help through the company contact. Public assistants do not provide legal representation, credit approval, compliance certification or guaranteed outcomes. Personal-information use remains subject to the Privacy Policy, interaction notice and applicable service/DPA arrangements.

8.Prices, orders and payments

A displayed estimate or proposal is not a binding order until accepted through its stated process. A paid order must identify Search Command Tactical LLC as the contracting seller, the relevant brand, scope, currency, total price, applicable taxes/fees and payment timing before authorization. The specific accepted order terms govern payment, cancellation, refunds, subscriptions, renewal and any trial conversion, subject to mandatory law. These Website Terms do not impose an automatic no-refund rule, create a subscription, authorize undisclosed recurring charges or amend a customer contract. A provider subscription requires its own valid acceptance. Do not provide payment-card or bank credentials in an ordinary website form, message or email. Use the payment method identified in the accepted order and raise billing concerns through the company contact or order’s support method.

9.Intellectual property and submitted material

Website content, design, graphics, software and branding belong to Search Command Tactical LLC or their respective licensors to the extent of the rights held. You may use the public material for its intended informational and business-evaluation purpose and make incidental copies for that purpose while retaining notices. Do not resell or redistribute material as your own, remove ownership notices, misrepresent affiliation or use our brands without permission except as law permits. External trademarks belong to their owners; mention does not imply endorsement. You retain your rights in submitted material. You grant only the permission reasonably needed to receive, process and respond to your authorized request or provide an agreed feature. No blanket perpetual or public licence is taken over confidential submissions. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and law. Non-confidential product feedback can be used to improve offerings without payment, but does not authorize publication of your identity or confidential information. Client deliverable ownership is determined by the separate service agreement. Send an IP concern to kris@searchcommand.ai identifying the material, your rights and contact details.

10.Acceptable use and security concerns

Do not use the website for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination/content, malware, impersonation, privacy or IP violations, unauthorized marketing, access-control circumvention or disruption. Do not scrape private or credential-protected records. Lawful public indexing and uses permitted by law are not prohibited by implication. Security testing requires prior written authorization identifying systems, timing and permitted methods. Accidental discovery does not authorize further access or extraction. Report a suspected vulnerability to kris@searchcommand.ai with the minimum necessary details; do not transmit secrets or another person’s records. These Terms create no bug-bounty or security-testing authorization.

11.Availability and third parties

External websites, embeds, platforms and customer destinations have their own terms and notices. Review them before a transaction. We do not promise their independent content or availability; we remain responsible for our own representations, conduct and legal obligations. We may reasonably maintain, change or restrict public features or suspend access for misuse, security or legal reasons, with notice where required. Public-site access has no implied service-level agreement. This does not cancel separate contracted services, excuse required refunds or authorize improper withholding of personal information. The public website is not a records repository, deadline-monitoring service or emergency/incident-response hotline unless a separate accepted agreement expressly establishes that service.

12.Disclaimers and lawful responsibility

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GENERAL PUBLIC WEBSITE CONTENT AND FREE INFORMATIONAL FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THIS DOES NOT REMOVE AN EXPRESS OBLIGATION IN AN ACCEPTED SERVICE AGREEMENT, MANDATORY CONSUMER GUARANTEES OR REQUIRED PRIVACY/SECURITY DUTIES. To the extent legally enforceable, we exclude indirect or consequential losses arising solely from general public website use, including lost profits or opportunities where exclusion is permitted. These Terms impose no numerical cap on recoverable direct damages and no blanket visitor indemnity. Paid service liability is governed by the applicable accepted service agreement and mandatory law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, prohibited exclusions for gross negligence or personal injury, or mandatory privacy/consumer remedies. No provision limits regulator powers or required incident notifications. Only the lawful portion of a limitation applies.

13.Concerns, disputes and changes

Contact kris@searchcommand.ai if a website concern arises. An informal discussion is optional and does not prevent urgent relief, regulator complaints or statutory remedies, or shorten a statutory claim period. These Terms do not impose an exclusive forum, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or jury-trial waiver. Applicable law and ordinary jurisdiction rules determine the available courts and remedies. A separately accepted customer contract can contain its own valid dispute provisions for that contract. Updates are posted with a revised date and any legally required notice/acceptance. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order, earned right, existing dispute or service contract. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent permitted. A delay in enforcement alone is not a waiver. No agency, partnership, employment or joint venture arises from a website visit. Mandatory privacy, consumer and language protections prevail over inconsistent wording. These Terms and specifically accepted feature terms describe the public-site relationship; they do not replace customer agreements.
